A celebration of style for sour fans. It pours a nice reddish brown color and sets with a highly carbonated two finger head. An aroma of red wine and oak with an underlying funky-ness hits the nose from the tart brown ale matured in Pinot Noir casks. Complimented by an Imperial Brown Ale, immediate flavors of nutty, roasted malt and dark fruit cleanse the pallet with a creamy, tart and clean finish. Hop JuJu stands in it’s own spotlight for so many reasons, but mainly because of the army of hops that are used to create this tasty brew. Fat Head’s Brewery incorporated Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, Cascade and Citra hops to give this delicious DIPA a symphony of citrus, pine and tropical fruit flavors.
